10 People You Should Be Following on Twitter

Twitter is great, it lets you connect with people and get updates on what’s going on at a moments notice. But Twitter is only as good as the people you’re following, so here’s a list of people you should definitely add.

1 - Kevin Rose: Founder of Digg, he’s someone you should be following to hear what’s happening at digg

2 - msaleem: Muhammad Saleem is one of the top users on digg. Want to see some awesome links that never make it on digg? Follow Muhammad for a good laugh or just ‘wow’ moment everyday.

3 - TechCrunch: Michael Arrington’s twitter profile, it’s great to hear about new technology news.

4 - Mashable: Pete Cashmore’s twitter is great, you gain lots of insight into their articles.

5 - Shoemoney: Jeremy Schoemaker not only sends out updates but lets you partake in Twitter Trivia where you can win some new stuff!

6 - Graywolf: Michael Gray has a lot to say about SEO, follow his tweets to learn more about the topic.

7 - Problogger: Darren Rowse is great on twitter. Want to learn everything about blogging? This is the person you should already be following.

8 - DannySullivan: Danny Sullivan has been spending a lot of time writing about Club Penguin lately, but he has great insight in search. His tweets are entertaining and informative.

9 - woot: The woot bot updates you on the latest sales! Definitely great when you’re looking to buy some cheap stuff.

10 - ChaCha: Got a question? Send a message to ChaCha and you’ll get an answer back. Great service.

If you enjoyed the list and want to read more, follow me on twitter and subscribe to my rss. Think I missed someone? Leave a comment with their name and why I should add them, and I’ll make this list grow.

Update:

Thank you Sunil for reminding me that I forgot about Brian Clark: He gives out a lot of great writing tips.
