A lot of bloggers are using twitter as a way to connect with their readership on a different level, instantly. It’s a great tool but you have to make sure your settings are correct so you receive replies from people you’re not following. Otherwise those readers that are following, that are trying to answer your questions, speak with you, or ask for your advice will fall on dead ears. So what do you have to do? You have to make your you have settings setup to receive all replies. Here’s a step by step guide to how to do that.
Step 1: Go to Twitter.com and log into your account.
Step 2: On you account home page, click on “Settings”
Step 3: Once on the settings page, click on the notices tab.
Step 4: On the Settings page, click on the @replies pull down menu.
Step 5: Choose the option “all @ replies”.
Step 6: Don’t forget to Save the settings!
